Seeking experienced tellers and teller supervisors with financial institutions. Emphasis on team building, vault custodian, leading teller team in branch, and strong balancing records. Must have excellent communication skills and cash handling experience. Primarily seeking candidates with previous banking experience.

Holds the responsibility of overseeing branch operations and productivity. Serves as a leader to all branch employees by building client relationships, making informed decisions, and increasing branch sales and productivity. Must motivate the entire branch team toward weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and service goals. Meets customer needs by providing quality service and superior advice. Primarily engages in lending and business growth. Develops relationships with potential clients in order to serve the needs of the community and grow Bank assets. Provides lending services for new and existing Bank clients. Protects both customer and Bank assets and ensures the security of the branch environment. Also must ensure that branch operations are in compliance with Federal and State regulations and Bank policy.
