How can I change the names of my accounts?
A. To change an account name, go to the
My Profile page by clicking My Profile in the upper right
of the screen. Once there, enter a new Account Nickname for the account.
Then click the Customize button at the bottom of the page.
Q.
What are the balances listed in the Balance column?
A. For deposit accounts, the balance listed
is the available balance. Available balance includes all transactions
that have already been posted to your account plus certain transactions
that have occurred since the last posting. Some of the transactions
that are included in available balance are cash deposits and withdrawals,
transfers, automatic (ACH) deposits and drafts, and point-of-sale purchases
made using your ATM card or VISA Check Card.
For credit and loan accounts, the balance listed is the outstanding
balance.
