Q. Are these messages
secure?
A. Yes. All messages within online banking
are secure. Remember, ordinary internet e-mail is not secure, so if
you choose to send us a message through your e-mail program rather
than through online banking, please do not include any sensitive information
such as your account number or social security number.
Q. How do I send a message
to the Bank?
A. To create a new message, click the
Compose New Message tab above. To reply to a message you received
from the Bank, open the message by clicking the Subject link, then
click "reply to this message" beneath the message text.
Q. How will I know when I receive
a response?
A. Each time you sign in to online banking,
there is a note on your home page to let you know whether you have
unread messages. Also, when we respond to your message, we will simultaneously
send a note to you via internet e-mail to let you know you have a
secure message waiting. To make sure we have an up-to-date e-mail
address for you, click My Profile in the upper right of the screen.
