Pending Transfers
Q. Why can't I find my transfer on this list?
A. This screen only displays transfers that have not yet taken place. Check the Transfer History screen to view transfers that have already occurred.
Q. How do I set up a single transfer?
A. Go to the Single Transfer screen by clicking the Single Transfer link in the gray navigation bar.
Q. How do I set up a recurring transfer?
A. Go to the Recurring Transfer screen by clicking the Recurring Transfer link in the gray navigation bar. There you can set up a transfer to repeat at specific intervals (weekly, monthly, etc.).
Q. When do transfers take effect?
A. If you schedule a single transfer and choose today as the transfer date, the transfer will take place as soon as you click ansfer Funds and then click Confirm on the transfer review screen. If you schedule a transfer to take place on a future date, it will take effect in the morning on that date.

For a recurring transfer, the first transfer will take place on the morning of the day you select as the starting date. Each subsequent transfer will take place at the interval you specify. If an instance of a recurring transfer falls on a weekend or holiday, it will occur the next business morning.

A transfer to a credit account will post to your account as a payment by the following business day.

Q. What does the Remaining column represent?
A. For recurring transfers, the Remaining column shows how many instances of the transfers remain on the schedule.
